We are working very closely with a recognised foodie client based in Wrexham who are now looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator.
The Role:
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Completing administrative tasks including producing data for reporting
- Supporting the wider team with queries or support where required
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships
- Establishing high standards of quality and performance
- Carrying out activities that train, develop and enable the team to perform well
- Identifying and improving processes
- Ensuring there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the workplace.
- Responding to changing priorities and work streams with agility.
Attributes:
- Some experience or exposure to providing customer service
- A track record of providing excellent administrative support
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team
- Ability to inspire and motivate
- Take the lead when necessary, ensuring the team members pull in the same direction
- Act by example, by demonstrating our values daily
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
- Great standard of spoken and written the English language
