Duties:
- Managing supplier order books and communicating with suppliers for pricing
- Coordination with operational procurement team to ensure project requirements are executed on time
- Data entry on the clients CRM system and raising and placing purchase orders within an agreed limit of spend
- Managing system dates to ensure project timelines are met
Skills:
- Experience or working within a fast-paced administrations role within a large organisation
- IT literate and experience of working with Microsoft Packages, including Excel
- Good communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders across the business and our supply chain
- Proactive and good planning and organisations skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work well under pressure and stick to tight deadlines.
- Remain professional when under pressure.
- The ability to multitask is essential.
