In today’s world, where kindness and compassion are more important than ever, initiatives that promote these values are crucial. Pure Staff is thrilled to make a meaningful contribution to Act Against Bullying, especially during Anti-Bullying Week from November 11th to 15th. Meeting with the inspiring Louise Burfitt-Dons was not only a chance to learn about their amazing work but also to show our support with a £1,500 donation.

This is a statement of our strong commitment to fighting bullying and supporting a generation that thrives on acceptance and support. Our backing of Act Against Bullying reflects our alignment with values focused on uplifting and protecting our youth, who are the future.

Our partnership and support reflect a shared belief in fostering environments where kindness is the norm and individuality is embraced. Through this collaboration, we hope to amplify our voices in promoting a culture of inclusion and understanding, encouraging others to join this important movement.

Act Against Bullying has been leading the charge in UK anti-bullying efforts for over 20 years. Since starting in 2000, this incredible charity has been a key support system for many young people across the nation. Their dedication to empowering youth through practical advice and unyielding support is truly commendable. By focusing on education and awareness, AAB creates a safe space for young people to grow without fear or intimidation.

As one of the country’s longest-standing voluntary anti-bullying organisations, AAB is dedicated to empowering young people with invaluable advice and strategies to tackle bullying effectively.

The charity’s mission revolves around equipping the youth with the tools they need to overcome bullying, thereby strengthening their resilience and confidence. Through a wide array of resources, educational programmes, and outreach efforts, AAB seeks to ensure that no child feels alone in their struggle.

By collaborating with schools, parents, and community organisations, AAB aims to foster environments where empathy, respect, and mutual understanding thrive, contributing to a broader societal culture that upholds these values.

Act Against Bullying remains a steadfast advocate for creating safer, more supportive spaces for young people across the UK, and its enduring impact continues to inspire a collective movement towards a kinder world.

There are many different ways you can get involved with Act Against Bullying. On this page, we will list how your voluntary efforts can support our work to help victims of bullying:

  1. Support Their Campaigns: By lending your voice and efforts to our various campaigns, you can help raise awareness and drive change. Get involved in our initiatives and help spread the message of anti-bullying far and wide.

  2. Plan a Fundraiser: Organise events such as charity walks, bake sales, or community gatherings to raise funds and increase awareness. Your contribution through these activities is vital to supporting their ongoing work.

  3. Become a Social Media Supporter: Use your social media platforms to share our message and engage with your community. By amplifying their voice, you can help foster environments free from bullying and intimidation.

  4. Do Some Research for Them: Contribute to their cause by taking part in research initiatives. Your findings can provide valuable insights that shape our strategies and better address the needs of those affected by bullying.

  5. Use Their Anti-Bullying Monologues: Incorporate their monologues into school programmes or community presentations. These powerful narratives can educate, inspire, and prompt meaningful conversations about preventing bullying.

By participating in any of these activities, you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people across the UK and bolster Act Against Bullying’s mission to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
