To maintain, grow and further develop the sales of the product range to a geographical based number of key accounts via thorough joint business planning and new business development, working to a number of focused KPI’s.
Main Responsibilities:
* To grow profitable sales revenues within existing customer base and new business.
* Set annual forecast for each customer based on historical performance.
* Deliver KPI targets, principally being individual sales and customer visits per week.
* Monitor sales performance against each customer budget.
* Remain familiar with your customer’s order patterns allowing you to identify any changes.
* Ensure effective communication is maintained with all customers.
* Utilise Marketing support to help develop and grow end user awareness.
* Complete meeting reports for every Customer visit and ensure all agreed action points are delivered.
* Prepare for and attend weekly Friday Sales meeting to review weeks results and share plans for forthcoming week.
* Be prepared to work with Customer Service when necessary regards to taking orders, tele-sales initiatives and any other general Customer Service duties.
This role is office based 3 days a week and field based for the remaining 2 days a week. Therefore it is essental you have a valid UK drivers licence.
