An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join a very busy team based near Dartford.
Duties:
- Maintain a high standard of Health & Safety on site at all times
- Take ownership of and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the sites and surrounding grounds, logged on our PPM Schedules and periodic tables.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager to achieve completion of jobs, these tasks include:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Painting & Decorating
- Carpentry
- Groundwork
- General Cleaning/Emptying Bins/Jet Washing/Tree trimming and pruning
Attributes:
- Multi skilled maintenance experience
- Forklift driving experience (preferred)
- Drivers license, with a clean record
- Demonstrate good customer service at all times
- Good organisation skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Reliability and dependability
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Good knowledge of safe working practices, ability to operate within Health and Safety Guidelines
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Hours:
- Full time basic 45 hours per week, MON-FRI, plus weekends if required, with a day off in lieu within the week.
- Shifts 8am to 5pm
