Payroll Administrator
Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) – Here at Pure Staff we work a nine day fortnight so every other Friday would be a paid day off!
Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham
Salary: £23,795.20
Pure Staff Ltd are a recruitment business currently looking for a capable, friendly, organised, confident individual to join our small Payroll / Head Office department to assist with a range of administrative duties.
You will assist and/or be responsible for:
* Dealing with incoming calls and transferring them to the correct person/department.
* Confidently collect and accurately input time-sheets onto the bespoke payroll system.
* Liaise with clients to confirm hours worked and correct costings.
* Process and input worker details onto the system.
* Support the sales consultants with ad-hoc duties.
* Lead generation and entering all consultants leads onto the canvass register.
* General office administration, such as scanning and saving client and worker documents, filing, and other data entry tasks.

* Committed & hard-working with a good work ethic
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Able to work independently but also as part of a team
* Able to offer flexibility around peak periods to complete payroll within certain deadlines, e.g. bank holidays, or to cover a colleague’s holiday/sickness.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is also preferred
