My client is an industry leading, highly regarded Contract Services provider and they are looking to grow their high performing Telesales division in their Birmingham office.
The role would be 80% new business and 20% account management so the successful applicant will be target driven and highly motivated.
Once on-boarded, they will offer extensive training from their Head of Sales along with their network of nationwide BDM’s to ensure the candidate can make a real success of this excellent opportunity. Real career advancement opportunities will be presented to high performers with BDM, Account Management and Contract Manager roles available internally.
The day to day target include setting appointments for their field sales team, direct selling and up-selling to current clients.
As a Telesales Exec, you must be highly motivated and tenacious with a drive to hit targets and make money!
Experience in a B2B or B2C telesales environment is essential as the candidate will be tasked with a high volume of outbound new business calls as well as there being an element of up-selling to their current clients.
Hours of Monday to Friday 0830-1700 with starting basic salary of £25k and an easily attainable extra £15k in UNCAPPED commission.
