Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Immediate Start – £25,282.40 basic – Plus monthly commission
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our HGV Driving Division based in the heart of Worcester.
Pure Staff opened in 2009 as specialists in the HGV Driving Recruitment sector, the company has grown year on year since the company was founded in 2009. Due to the Growth of the business in 2024 we are now looking for an additional Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Driving team.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be sales biased with a proven background of selling to new and existing businesses within a variety of different sectors, other sales back grounds will be considered.
What does a 360-recruitment consultant job involve day to day?
- Sales to new and existing customers
- Customer Service
- Placing adverts to attract candidates
- Prioritise tasks day to day
- Interviewing Candidates
- Good Communication between your team and customers
- On call duties outside of working hours (once every 3/4 weeks – once training is complete)

**Pure Staff employees work a 9 day working fortnight, this means every other Friday off work paid!! as well as your usual holiday on top!**
Trainee Recruitment consultants are expected to work 42.5 hours per week between the hours of 0800-1730 Monday to Friday with 1 hour’s lunch per day in week 1. Every 2 weeks work the expected hours are Monday to Thursday 0800-1730 – thats a 34 hour working week every other week at full pay! Please note all consultants will need to be flexible towards working hours due to the nature of the job. Salary for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is £25,282.40 plus monthly commission following a successful probation period in your first 3 months! Progression and salary increases over time (based on performance) can lead to OTE of £27k+ within the first year!
