The Buddy Bag Foundation is a charity organisation that works to bring comfort and security to these children in crisis by delivering bags full of essential items such as clothes, toiletries, toys and books.
The donation from Pure Staff Foundation will go towards helping the organisation reach their goal of providing Buddy bags to 48,000 children who require emergency care every year in the UK.
How Pure Staff Foundation Helped
On the evening of Monday 24th April, Dave Whitehouse from the Pure Staff Foundation visited the Buddy Bag Foundation to present a cheque towards their cause. Accompanying him were other members of the foundation who all came together with one goal in mind – to help those in need.
The group also took part in assisting with packing over 60 bags which contained various items such as toiletries, comfort items and toys. These thoughtful donations were packed with care and love and will soon be delivered to those who are in need of a ‘buddy bag’.
It was an honour for the Pure Staff Foundation to be able to contribute to such an amazing cause and they hope that the donation will help make a difference in someone’s life.
Dave and the foundation members were thrilled by the response from the Buddy Bag Foundation and look forward to further supporting this cause. They urge anyone else who is in a position of privilege and financial stability to also consider donating towards this worthy charity. Your donations will not only bring joy and comfort to children in desperate situations but it could also potentially save lives.
